1. How do I book?
The preferred method is by phone, or you could send us an email & we will get back to you ASAP  contact us

2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book anytime, earlier the better to avoid disappointment, or for a last minute party try us on the day!  contact us

3. How much does it cost?
See Inflatables page for all prices, these are a guide dependant on your intended use i.e. home / business / duration or location.

4. What does the price include?
Local Delivery, castle, blower, mats etc. set-up & collection.

5. When are your bouncy castles available?
Available all year round, 7 days a week including bank holidays.

6. How long do I get the equipment for?
Most parties are in the afternoon, so we would set-up between 9am & 12noon, collect by arrangement when the party has finished. (No later than 9pm)

7. Do you hire overnight?
No.

8. How do I pay?
Cash on set-up, cheque 5days prior to set-up.

9. What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime before your set-up time, however once we are on site there will be a £20.00 charge for last minute cancellations.

10. Can the castles be set-up on a slope?
No, however if it is a very slight slope it may be ok, please contact us to discuss.

11. Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required.

12. How much space do I need?
5ft at the front & rear, 3ft either side required to gain access to the blower, please ensure the area is cleared of all items ready for the castle.

13. When I hire the castle do I need to provide anything?
All we need is a 240 volt mains power supply, we supply everything else.

14. Is there an age limit for children using the castle?
Yes all our castles are suitable for children upto & including the age of 12 years old.

15. Do you provide safety instructions?
Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.

16. How long does it take to set-up & pack away the inflatable?
As a guide allow 10 mins to set-up & 20 mins to pack away.

17. What if it rains?
Unfortunately the bouncy castle cannot be operated in wet conditions due to safety.

18. Do I get to choose my free party game?
You can request the game of your choice and subject to availability we will do our best to supply it.
